Create Your Own Christmas Decorations

Xmas Tree Decorations

With the Fairytale of New York and Wham’s Last Christmas blasting out of the speakers. We are well and truly in the mood for christmas. In today’s CPOD art & upcycling session we created our own unique Christmas Tree Decorations. And with this little guide you can too.

If you want to have a go all you need is the following 5 items.

Items needed :

• Plywood
• Drill
• Sharpie’s
• Pencil
• String

Step 1

Take your drill and create a small hole in the top of the plywood. This will be the hole for you to tie the string to.

Step 2

Take wood and use a any old paint to wash the wood.

Step 3

Take your pencil and create some art or phrase to spread the message of Christmas.

Step 4

Embelish your design with the Sharpie’s to make the colours stand out.

Step 5

Once you are happy with the finished item, thread the string into the hole and add it to your Christmas.
